Workshop: Upcoming Changes in Labour Law and How to Prepare

We invite you to an interactive workshop where we will discuss the upcoming amendments to labor law regulations.

The workshop will take place on 1 October 2025, at 4:00 PM, at the premises of the law office CMS Belgrade, Krunska 73, with the support of the Canadian-Serbian Business Association (CANSEE) and the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (BSCC), and will be held in Serbian language.

In early June, the Ministry of Labour announced the drafting of a new Labour Law, the first Law on Internships, as well as the alignment of domestic legislation with EU acquis, through the EU Twinning Project “Support to Improving Working Conditions and Preparation of the Republic of Serbia for Participation in EURES.” These changes will shape the labor market in the years to come, with the first amendments expected as early as the second half of 2027.

The workshop will feature Dragana Bajić, Partner and Head of the Employment Law Team at CMS Belgrade, who will present the key amendments and open a discussion on practical steps for preparation.
