The show started well at the Serbian pavilion. We had many buyers and industry experts approach our exhibitors to try premium quality products including ajvar, rakija, fresh fruit and vegetables; jams and spreads, nut spreads, juice boosters, honey and hazelnut spread; truffles and truffle products; 100% fruit flours, gluten-free biscuits and crackers; to multiple award-winning wines, noodles, hummus, 100% fruit puree mixes and strudel. All in all, it covered a wide range of Serbian food from homely kitchens to bustling urban streets.
