BSCC joins the Foreign Investors Council as an observer member
The BSCC is delighted to be joining the Belgrade based Foreign Investors Council (FIC) and supporting its efforts to reform the business environment. The FIC was founded 18 years ago as an independent business association of foreign investors in Serbia. Currently, the FIC represents the biggest voluntary, exclusively foreign investors' grouping in Serbia with more than 120 members who have invested over EUR 35bn and employ over 100,000 people.
The FIC's core mission remains to promote and develop a predictable, competitive and sustainable business environment, through an open dialogue with Serbian decision-makers and other stakeholders. It has a determination to support Serbia's economic reform processes and to be a partner for a stronger and more business-friendly economy. The FIC's fundamental values remain unchanged: independence, providing expertise, promoting international best practice, working cooperatively with stakeholders and anchoring the processes of reform towards EU integration.
