
Jadranka Dervišević Kitarić
Executive Director
Jadranka is the Director responsible for new business development, member liaison and programme implementation in the UK. A graduate of finance and banking at Belgrade University and awarded a masters degree from Cass Business School, Jadranka has over 25 years’ commercial experience in the Balkans and UK. Early in her career, Jadranka specialised in cross border trade and finance. Since 2003 she has assisted public and private sector organisations in real estate and infrastructure projects, and worked alongside multidisciplinary teams including finance, engineering and project management.

Marija Mihajlovic
Public Diplomacy and International Relations Associate
Marija Mihajlovic is a Public Diplomacy and International Relations Associate at the British Serbian Chamber of Commerce. She is an International student of Political Science and Economics at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and she is thoroughly passionate about International Law and Human Rights, Gender Studies and Security. So far, apart from being a full-time Ca' Foscari student, she took part in the Harvard Summer School offered in Venice, following a semester at Venice International University where she had the opportunity to learn from professors from Boston College and Exeter University. She is a Fellowship Student at the Pupin Initiative, striving towards better understanding Serbian foreign policy. She speaks Serbian, English and Italian fluently.

Natasa Vidic
Manager of Membership and Serbian Office Operations
Nataša Vidić is responsible for client management in the BSCC Representative Office in Belgrade. Ms Vidić is overseeing the provision of dedicated support to members and partners while ensuring that operations run smoothly.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in banking, executive support and organizational management. A graduate of the Belgrade Business School in Accounting, Business and Finance, she has built her career around connecting people, supporting leaders and ensuring smooth operations in both corporate and international settings. Her professional journey began in the banking sector, where she advanced from Teller and Shift Controller at Komercijalna Banka to management roles at Eurobank and later as Head of the Network Development and Support Unit at Marfin Bank. After more than a decade in finance, she shifted her focus to executive support and international business relations. At the Dutch-Serbian Business Association (DSBA), she became a trusted point of contact for members, organizing events and trade programs and strengthening ties between institutions, embassies, and business partners in Serbia and the Netherlands.
Ms Vidić is a mom of twins and a wife, passionate about folklore dance and off-road mountain running.

Stefan Rankovic
Communication and Outreach Manager
After finishing a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, International and Economic Studies at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Stefan completed a 3-month internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia. While working at the Chamber, he is also pursuing a two-year online Master’s degree in International Relations at the University of Bologna. He has actively participated in initiatives tied to international organizations, including the OSCE, the United Nations Association of Serbia, and the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance. Fluent in English and proficient in Italian, Stefan is passionate about advancing regional cooperation, diplomacy and international engagement.
